This position allowed me to directly interface with several of our locally and nationally recognized new home builders. Materials, structure, architecture, style and amenities- I am knowledgeable about them all. Knowing what to look for and what to avoid.

My professional background also includes 15 years of experience in the residential and commercial interior design industry. With a sharp eye for design, I will personally work with my clients to organize and stage their homes for listing, and help buyers envision  how o turn a property for sale into a home that suits all their needs. I really enjoy sharing my design skills and I am able to provide great resources along the way.

Although she does have experience, BEWARE!! Our modest house sold in less than a week because we had updated it and it was beautiful! Other than hiring a photographer to take photos, that were very good, she did not have to lift a finger to sell my house. When the first offer came in, she did not even suggest to have an open house to help us maximize our profits. Because she said it was a good offer, we listened to her and ended up losing about 5000. This is a lot for us! Our experience was that once she sold our house, she did not make herself available to us enough so when a property hit the market we could see it asap. She did respond to our texts very quickly but when she seemed to be tiring of us after showing us some houses, she stated we would need to make an appointment to go see more houses. In this market, if you do not see a house that day, it could be gone and she knew that we now had to be out of our sold home soon. She did not find us a home and my family is now in a small apartment. If you are selling or buying an expensive home then she may be more available to you but if you are buying under around 300,000 go with someone else. Very disappointed!
