Jim Manasco:

Jim is first and fore-most a family man. He has been married to his high school sweetheart, Jimmie, for 55 years. They have 2 grown children, son James and daughter Jamie both of Johnson County.  His 3 grandkids are the light of his world. Spend some time with Poppa Jim and he will tell you all about their accomplishments! He has been a resident of Johnson County all of his life and has extensive knowledge of the area.  Licensed since 1978, Jim has been a consistent multi-million dollar producer at Coldwell Banker Bob King Realty since 1997. He joined Cleburne Rotary Club in 1992 and serves on the Foundation Board and is a Paul Harris Fellow. Jim is a member of the Cleburne Chamber of Commerce and Cleburne Economic Development Commission. He has been a member of the Johnson County Association of Realtors, having served on several boards. Jim Specializes in farm, ranch, and commercial real estate.

 

Jamie Williams:

Jamie grew up in the Real Estate world with her dad, Jim. She is a life-long resident of Johnson County, having graduated from Cleburne High School in 1995. She and her husband, Kery married in 2001. They have a daughter, Marnie Ann and a son, Calvin Ervy who are the 8th generation of their family growing up in Johnson County. Jamie became a Realtor in 2006 and has been a multi-million dollar producer from the beginning. She loves Cleburne and is active in her community. She joined Cleburne Rotary Club in 2014 and is a Paul Harris Fellow. Jamie is currently serving on the Rotary board. She is a member of the Cleburne Chamber of Commerce having served on that board as well. She is a GRI graduate and a Texas Leadership Program graduate thru the Texas Association of Realtors. Jamie has served in the past on the Johnson County Association of Realtors as Board President. In 2011 she was honored to be named Realtor of the Year for the Johnson County Association of Realtors.  She and her family are active members of their church. Jamie loves selling residential real estate!

 

Jimmie Manasco:

Jimmie is Team Manasco’s Marketing Coordinator but most importantly, she is her grandkids Mimi Jim.  She is a lifelong resident of Johnson County and knows everything there is to know about her hometown of Cleburne.  Her extensive knowledge of the area helps Jim and Jamie when marketing their listings. She retired from CISD as Assistant Librarian at Fulton and still enjoys running into past students in town. She loves her current job, but her favorite thing to do is spending time with her grandkids!
