We ( me and my husband) met Jason unexpectedly at an open house. Till then we did not have an agent to look houses for us. After speaking with him about that particular house , we felt that he was a reliable person and quite knowledgeable about what he was doing.We decided to keep him as our Realtor.
Well,Jason did not break our belief,he was as good as we thought he was. He helped and guided us (who were pretty ignorant about these things )through the whole process of buying our new beautiful home. He was very patient with us, took time to explain things, provided reliable information about the mortgage, home inspection and so on and stood with us clearing even our smallest of the doubts.He gave particular attention to our cultural aspects as well. Very professional, hard working, honest and super helpful. Jason had helped us get our home and was always patient with us even though we took our sweet time of 2 years and saw multiple houses, he was always there with a smile and never ever tried to push us or rush us. Not just before we got the house but even after we got our place, he was super helpful for anything we needed - from filling the home state exemption forms to plumbing recommendations. I highly recommend him.
