Our 40 year old house needed foundation work and some updating. Brandee recommended firms for each of those jobs. She used her contacts and influence, and got us moved up in the schedule of the foundation company, which helped us get our house on the market sooner. She also suggested specific remodeling updates for us to make, which would help get our house sold without breaking our wallet. We ended up being out of town during some of this work, and Brandee volunteered to drop by the house, monitor progress, keep us up to date, and work with the construction firm as needed. This was a huge help to us, as we were moving into our new house at the same time. All for the firms she recommended as contractors did excellent work: quality work, done right and on time, at the prices quoted.
As soon as the house was on the market, Brandee had traffic coming through: both individual showings and open houses. When we got an offer, Brandee was helpful in letting us know whether or not the offer was reasonable, and did not pressure us in any way to accept or reject offers; she completely let us make that decision.
